Sales Manager

SALES STRATEGY & EXECUTION - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company goals.
- Identify new markets and generate leads across different industries.
- Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns targeting prospective clients.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor manpower solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Conduct cold calls, client visits, presentations, and negotiations to win new business.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare pricing structures and commercial proposals based on market standards and profitability.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring both client satisfaction and company margin targets.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead, motivate, train, and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers/Telemarketers.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Monitor the overall performance of the Sales Department.
- Develop and improve sales tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
MARKET RESEARCH & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION
- Prepare regular sales reports (monthly), forecasts, and pipeline updates via Google Drive.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the sales pipeline.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Communicate and align with other departments.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Report weekly and monthly KPIs to management (Managing Director and President).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a corporate industry.
- Experience in Manpower Services is an advantage.
