Account Manager
Account Managers perform a critical role on our account service team and serve as the primary business contact for the client. Account Managers are ultimately responsible for client success and satisfaction.
An Account Manager will consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, oversee the implementation of advertising campaigns, and ensure the efficient execution of marketing activities and projects. It also represents client needs and goals within the organization and accurately communicates those needs to the various departments within the agency. In addition, the Account Manager will build positive relationships with clients and encourage new and repeat business opportunities based on client needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships within the digital marketing agency
- Develop customized marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns effectively
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for optimization
- Implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide strategic guidance to clients to enhance their digital presence
- Uphold a professional demeanor while monitoring KPIs to measure success and drive ongoing improvement
COMMISSION
- 10% - Clients from Personal Contact.
- 6%- Clients from Colleagues.
- 3%- Old Clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Has at least 1-3 years of solid experience in account/project Management.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and aptitude for presenting and discussing marketing campaigns and services.
- Proven account management skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and related experience in providing world-class customer service.
- High technical competence in Microsoft Office and Project Management software.
- Upbeat personality, highly motivated to succeed, goal-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player, self-starter, and ability to see complicated projects through to completion.
- Optimistic attitude handles stressful situations, and knows how to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
HYBRID SETUP REQUIREMENT
- Must have a personal desktop or laptop, at least i3, 5th gen, 8GB RAM
- Must have a good and stable internet speed with at least 15mbps
