- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet company objectives and sales targets at Hong Teng Yuan Trading Corporation, a leader in the Wholesale/Distributing industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key clientele.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team. is on board

- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills and Competencies: Solid experience in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research abilities to identify new market opportunities.
- Proficient in team management and leadership.
- Adept in strategizing promotions and marketing campaigns.

- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
