Sales Account Manager

Cleanmatic Services Inc.
- Obtain and win new clients/projects through effective and efficient prospecting.
- Perform field works based on required prospect clients daily.
- Set appointments and present Company Services to prospect clients.
- Prepare quotations/proposals depending on client's requirements.
- Review and analyze Gross Profit of a prospect account.
- Prepare and review documents such as: Contract of Services, Claims Agreement, Terms, and the likes.
- Ensure completion of documents for every new client.
- Conduct regular representation and PR with the clients.
- Prepare Sales and Marketing Plans for the target clients/industry.
- Prepare and submit on time: Weekly Itinerary, Sales Highlights, and Sales Report to the management.
- Prepare Yearly Sales Budget.
- Goal and achieve Sales Target for the year.
- Monitor and manage any claims arising from the account.
- Monitor and re-new documents such as: Contract of Services, Cost Breakdown, Equipment & Supplies, and other offers for the account.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.
- Must be a Four-year graduate in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in SALES is required for this position.
- Must have passion in selling, confident and result-oriented person.
- Confident and with strong leadership and sales skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Can start immediately once hired.
- Janitorial/Housekeeping and Manpower Deployment with market leads is a plus.
- Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower).
- Philgeps/government or private bidding experience is a plus.
- Has the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Goal oriented, hardworking, and likes to travel.
