Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: Atleast 2 years of experience in management or leadership role, ideally within Supermarket sector
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of Philippine business regulations and compliance matters (experience with foreign clients is a plus)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management and strategic planning
- Qualities and Traits: Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in operations management and employee relations
