Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least ten (10) years of hands-on sales and marketing experience in the construction or building materials industry. Prior managerial or supervisory experience in the same industry is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong managerial background may be considered with a minimum of 7-9 years of sales and marketing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota requirements.
- Oversee sales executives' performance and the daily operations of the plant.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the assigned area.
- Enforce discipline and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations at all times.
