Club Manager (Naga)

Position Overview:

The Club Manager is responsible for the overall management and operations of the fitness lifestyle center, ensuring profitability by maximizing sustainable revenue while effectively managing expenses. This role oversees the entire member journey—from marketing and membership acquisition to delivering exceptional member experiences and retention. The Club Manager ensures alignment with national strategies, executes corporate plans, and maintains strong collaboration with the head office and the Surge Fitness Lifestyle (SFL) network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profitability Management : Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets, balancing revenue growth and cost control.
• Member Experience : Ensure a consistently superior experience for members, addressing their needs and fostering long-term engagement.
• Social Media Marketing : Oversee local social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and member acquisition.
• Local Trade Marketing : Implement localized marketing initiatives to support membership sales and community engagement.
• Performance Management : Lead, coach, and evaluate staff performance to achieve organizational goals.
• Facility Maintenance and Improvements : Ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing people and teams, preferably in the fitness, service, or retail industry.
• Willing to assign in Eastwood / Fairview branch.
• Applicant must have prior experience in hotel set up or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong management reporting, business tracking, and analytics skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with an open and adaptable mindset.
• Proficient in using technology, reporting tools, social media platforms, and productivity software.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills—eloquent, articulate, and persuasive.
