Activation Merchandising Manager

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with brand objectives
- Coordinate with sales teams, retailers, and trade partners to ensure seamless implementation of merchandising strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketing guidelines, including new product launches, seasonal pushes, and shopper promotions
- Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate head
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Has the ability to plan and execute field-level marketing activities and cycle plan reports
- Experience and knowledge in utilizing advanced Excel functionalities
- Has the ability to develop actionable insights
- Excellent time management and ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines
- Capable in handling administrative tasks (KPI monitoring and agency coordination)
