Operations Manager (Retail-Logistics)

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of goods to stores.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to maintain proper stock levels in all branches.
- Manage inventory flow, including receiving, storage, and replenishment of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and store teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and control logistics costs while improving efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and lead logistics staff, including scheduling and performance management.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to improve supply chain performance.
- Handle issues related to delays, damages, or shortages and implement corrective actions.
- Support store operations by ensuring availability of products and proper distribution planning.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Proven ability to lead logistics teams, improve delivery scheduling, and minimize losses.
- Experience in managing costs, increasing productivity, and maintaining warehouse and fleet security.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and transport planning.
- Knowledge of safety standards, security procedures, and maintenance practices for warehouses and vehicles.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to effectively manage staff and daily operations
