Area Sales Manager - South Luzon Area

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in an Area Manager, District Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role .
- Proven experience managing multiple retail stores and leading Store Managers and branch personnel.
- Strong background in sales management, retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular store visits across South Luzon .
- Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, gadgets, mobile phones, gaming, or specialty retail is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple branches across South Luzon.
- Ensure stores consistently achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Monitor store performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and operational reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and branch teams to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to execute promotions and business initiatives.
- Prepare and submit timely sales, operational, and performance reports.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market presence and store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards across all assigned stores.
