Accounting Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily accounting activities, including payables, receivables, general ledger, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Work with the finance team to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
- Lead and guide accounting staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Assist in special tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting management, ideally in the retail sector.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing accounting teams.
