Head of Listings | Real Estate Operations & Marketing (New Construction)

We're hiring a Head of Listings to lead the end-to-end process of bringing newly constructed homes to market and successfully selling them.

This is not simply an administrative listing coordinator role. We're looking for a proactive, resourceful operator who understands real estate marketing, can coordinate multiple stakeholders, and knows how to turn a property listing into a successful sale.

You'll work directly with our founders, real estate agents, and operational team to manage listing launches, execute marketing campaigns, track buyer activity, and continuously improve our sales process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Listing Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution

• Own the listing process from pre-launch preparation through closing for residential sales and our rental units
• Coordinate pricing research, competitive market analysis, and listing strategy with founders and licensed agents and renters.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for individual properties (residential sales and rental leasing)
• Coordinate staging, photography, floor plans, marketing materials, and property descriptions.
• Ensure listings are professionally presented and optimized across MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and other relevant platforms.

2. Marketing & Buyer Lead Generation

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to generate qualified buyer traffic and showings.
• Coordinate open houses, email marketing, digital advertising, and other promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local buyer agents and relevant broker networks.
• Identify and test new marketing channels to improve listing visibility and buyer engagement.
• Work with our on-site team to coordinate showings, open houses, and buyer follow-up.

3. Listing Performance & Analytics

• Track listing performance across key metrics, including views, saves, inquiries, showings, offers, and days on market.
• Develop simple dashboards and reporting systems to evaluate performance.
• Analyze buyer and agent feedback to identify potential objections and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively recommend adjustments to marketing strategy, listing presentation, or pricing for founder and agent review.
• Provide regular updates on listing performance, challenges, and next steps.

4. Operations & Team Coordination

• Coordinate across real estate agents, listing coordinators, photographers, staging vendors, contractors, and transaction coordinators.
• Oversee listing documentation, timelines, and launch readiness.
• Ensure clear accountability and follow-through on all listing-related tasks.
• Develop repeatable SOPs, checklists, and workflows that allow our Listings function to scale.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate listings, brokerage operations, real estate marketing, or a closely related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the residential real estate sales process, from listing preparation through closing.
• Experience coordinating marketing initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, CRMs, and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with new-construction homes, residential development, or luxury real estate.
• Familiarity with the Seattle / Washington real estate market.
• Experience managing MLS listings and real estate marketing platforms.
• Understanding of paid advertising, email marketing, and buyer lead generation.
• Experience building SOPs, dashboards, or operational processes.
• Experience managing remote teams or contractors.
