Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong marketing background to help build and manage the CRM, database, and lead-generation systems behind a growing luxury residential real estate business on the Westside of Los Angeles. This is a marketing-and-systems role rather than a general admin position — covering CRM setup, SEO, landing pages, email marketing, and social/video content. The ideal candidate can turn an established brand, website, and content library into a consistent lead-generation and client-nurture engine, and is excited to grow long-term with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select, set up, and organize a real estate CRM, consolidating contacts from phone, email, spreadsheets, open-house sign-ins, and past transactions
- Clean, deduplicate, and segment the contact database, tagging past clients, prospects, agents, and referral partners
- Build lead-nurture and follow-up workflows and track lead activity through the pipeline
- Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns for buyers, sellers, and sphere/referral contacts, including neighborhood-specific campaigns
- Build landing pages and lead-capture funnels (seller/buyer pages, home valuation campaigns) connected to the CRM
- Perform on-page SEO, keyword research, and local SEO optimization for the website
- Repurpose video content into blog posts, social media, Reels, Shorts, and email content
- Manage and schedule Instagram and YouTube content and maintain an organized content calendar and library
- Build and manage email newsletter campaigns, segmented lists, and nurture sequences
- Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow automation
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with real estate CRM systems and database management/segmentation
- Strong WordPress experience, including landing page creation and on-page SEO
- Experience building lead-generation funnels and email marketing campaigns
- Comfort creating short-form social/video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong written English and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience supporting a Realtor, real estate team, or brokerage
- Experience with real estate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss or HubSpot
- Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Flodesk, or Constant Contact
- Video editing experience (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost productivity
- Knowledge of local/neighborhood SEO strategy
