Real Estate Appointment Setter

We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter with proven experience in the real estate industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales or leasing team.
You must be confident in communication, well-organized, and familiar with real estate processes and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call, message, or email leads from online listings or databases
- Set and confirm appointments for property viewings or client consultations
- Follow up on inquiries via CRM, email, or messaging platforms (Viber, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, call logs, and appointments in the system
- Coordinate schedules between agents and clients
- Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns
- Work closely with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth client handover
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or inside sales — preferably in real estate
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy — experience with CRMs, property listing platforms, and messaging apps
- Can work independently and meet appointment goals or KPIs
- Professional, polite, and persuasive
Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Knowledge of real estate terminologies and procedures
- Experience handling property inquiries (rent, buy, lease)
- Based in or familiar with Metro Manila areas
