Real Estate Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily support real estate operations using the Compass platform. You will assist with various tasks, including marketing support, graphic design, video editing, and administrative duties. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for real estate operations
- Assist with property listings and data management on the Compass platform
- Design engaging marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and videos
- Perform video editing for property tours and promotional content
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Coordinate appointments and emails
- Conduct market research and gather relevant data
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and time management abilities
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment (laptop, headset)
