Description - Oversee daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support.
- Implement and enforce clinical protocols and policies to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze clinical outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN license required – US and PH)
- Relevant experience (Manager: 5+ years)
- Knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, MCG/InterQual criteria, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
