Description - Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support in patient care management.
- Develop and implement utilization management strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Review and analyze clinical cases to ensure adherence to MCG/InterQual criteria.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery and resource utilization.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant clinical management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Active USRN license and active PHRN license.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Utilization Management and Case Management techniques.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communications and analytical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership qualities with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced healthcare environment with a requirement for on-call availability.
