Overview:
We are looking for aspiring Team Leaders who will undergo a structured training program covering all store operations. This role is designed to prepare you for a Team Leader position after completing the training.
Training Coverage:
- Cashier Operations
- Sales & Customer Service
- Inventory & Documentation
- Store Operations & Team Supervision
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong communication skills and leadership potential
- Willing to be trained in all areas of store operations
- Willing to be assigned in SM Megamall
Career Path:
- Team Leader (via Management Trainee Program)
- Possible regularization and leadership role upon successful training
