The team you will be part of

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Team Lead to manage the day-to-day content operations for brands across the Philippines (PH), Singapore (SG), and Malaysia (MY) on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of Content Associates, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of product listings, maintaining content quality standards, and supporting content optimization initiatives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve team productivity, and ensure consistent delivery of content requirements across multiple brands and platforms.

As a Content Team Lead, you will take charge of:

• Team Supervision & Management: Supervise and guide a team of Content Associates, managing daily workload distribution, task prioritization, productivity, and performance.
• Content Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day creation, publishing, maintenance, and optimization of product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain content quality standards and QC processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand and platform guidelines.
• Content Optimization: Monitor and drive improvements to ensure Content Scores and Key Attribute Fill Rates meet established targets at the SKU level.
• Project & Campaign Coordination: Coordinate content related projects and campaign requirements, ensuring timely delivery of product listing updates and other platform specific requirements.
• Process Improvement & AI Integration: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce AI-powered tools and automation to improve team productivity, efficiency, and content execution.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track team productivity, content quality metrics, and project timelines, providing regular progress updates and recommending corrective actions where needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to address content related concerns and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines across PH, SG, and MY.

Requirements

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce content operations, product listing management, or a related field, preferably with experience in team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, including product listing requirements and content optimization best practices.
• Ability to supervise and guide a team, manage workloads effectively, and ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
• Good understanding of content quality assurance and product information management.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple brands, projects, and competing priorities.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and results driven, with strong problem solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with basic HTML and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflow automation, with the ability to identify and implement solutions that improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
