• Work directly with General Manager (GDC) and US People Team supporting an exceptional experience for the Global Delivery Center team.
• Ensure alignment with business and HR strategic objectives and serve as local HR support to individual contributors in the Philippines.
• Serve as local HR contact and support for Philippines-based individual contributors and people managers.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; ensure local HR practices comply with global standards and Philippine labor laws.
• Oversee end-to-end employee experience including recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, 201 file maintenance, and offboarding.
• Monitor performance management processes, lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers; provide guidance on complex HR issues; maintain legal compliance, policies, and Employee Handbook; act as liaison for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Manage compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with global HR teams.
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building programs, and change management initiatives; collaborate on HR projects and programs.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and strategic HR decisions; represent HR in leadership meetings; mentor HR team members for capability building.
• Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
• Perform office management duties and other HR-related tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience required. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic HR business partnering within fast-paced, global, or high-growth organizations.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership and influencing organizational decisions through strategic people initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment practices, compliance requirements, and employee relations management.
• Proven success leading talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Exceptional business partnership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Razor-sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience leveraging HR metrics and data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
• Experience with HR systems and recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, DocuSign, First Advantage, HRIS platforms, and related technologies.
• Ability to adjust work hours periodically to support collaboration across global teams and business needs.
• Demonstrated track record of collaboration, customer service, operational excellence, and sound judgment in complex situations.
