Client Partner (Customer Success)

Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)

Salary Range: 2000 - 2500 USD/month (depending on experience) 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, high-energy, and business-minded Client Partner (Customer Success) to take proactive ownership of key national accounts. In this role, you will own client outcomes, understand client operations and budgets, and bring strategic solutions to the table. You will collaborate daily with General Managers (GMs) across multiple cities to execute program updates, optimize margins, and build client relationships that support account retention and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Account Ownership: Anticipate client needs, review program performance, and deliver solutions before issues arise.
• Financial & Budget Management: Hold confident conversations regarding client program budgets, spend flexibility, and pricing strategies that balance client satisfaction with company profitability.
• Live Client Communication: Conduct live meetings via Google Meet and maintain written communication over email and Slack with warmth, polish, and confidence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with city General Managers and operations teams to execute program changes and maintain service standards.
• Retention & Account Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance existing service offerings, supporting account retention and organic expansion.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize Google Sheets/Excel to analyze account performance and support recommendations with quantitative data.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management owning account outcomes.
• English Fluency: C2/Professional-level fluent spoken and written English with the ability to hold fluid, natural business conversations.
• Business Acumen: Comfortable discussing financial metrics, budgets, margins, and account growth strategies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze client feedback, connect operational details, and formulate solutions independently.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Meet, Docs), AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), and comfortable learning custom ERP platforms.
• Culture Fit: High-energy, friendly, articulate, and composed under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience negotiating contract terms or program budgets directly with corporate decision-makers.
• Track record of growing existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell) through service delivery.
• Experience utilizing HubSpot Service Hub or enterprise CRM/ticketing platforms.
