Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of / on behalf of a diversified group with business interests across interior design, property, and real estate-related operations.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage HR programs that align with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring competitive packages that attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and succession planning.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies tailored to the needs of the company.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any Social Sciences, Business, Psychology and other relevant courses.
- Candidate must have 10 years of Human Resource Management experience in manufacturing, retail or service industry.
- Proven success in implementing HR programs like employee engagement, performance management, learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-driven and Customer Care-driven.
- Values Integrity and Honesty.
- Highly creative and highly initiative.
- Able to train, coach and mentor a team of dynamic work force.
