Job Title: HR Recruitment Officer Company: La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. Location: Makati City Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Reporting To: HR Manager Salary Range 18,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience) Job Description La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to support our growing organization. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and HR coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
- Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and assist with final interviews
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
- Maintain recruitment reports and employee records
- Perform other HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
