Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or related field
- With or without experience (experience in HR is an advantage)
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, reports, etc.)
- Monitor attendance and leave records
- A ssist in organizing training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
