Description - Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and track application progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level, 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work opportunities.
