Recruitment & Sourcing - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone and in-person)
- Match candidate profiles with client job requirements
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various positions
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and timelines
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients when required
Documentation & Compliance
- Collect and verify candidate documents (IDs, resumes, certificates, clearances, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and agency policies
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate files
Deployment & Onboarding
- Assist in candidate deployment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate medical exams, orientation, and joining formalities if applicable
- Address candidate and client concerns during deployment
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare recruitment reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Update recruitment trackers and databases
- Support other HR or admin tasks as assigned
