Job Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview details
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking records
- Assist in conducting initial interviews or assessments (phone or online)
- Prepare job offers and employment documents under HR supervision
- Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and timelines
- Perform other HR or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration , or related field
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with internship/entry‑level experience in recruitment or HR
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
