Recruitment Associate

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven
• Positive mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to deployment)
• Conduct online and offline sourcing of applicants
• Screen, assess, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Monitor applicant progress and endorse candidates for deployment
• Maintain and update 201 files and recruitment database
• Assist in employee performance monitoring and evaluation
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed
