Job Summary
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates for overseas healthcare and medical positions. The role ensures timely deployment of candidates while maintaining excellent applicant experience and compliance with client and agency requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified applicants through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment activities.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and candidate endorsements.
- Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
- Guide applicants through recruitment and pre-deployment processes.
- Schedule interviews, examinations, and client assessments.
- Ensure complete submission of recruitment requirements and documents.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants and partner institutions.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives and job fairs.
