Recruitment Associate

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Junior (0–2 years of experience).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
