Recruitment Manager
Job Purpose
Lead and manage the recruitment function to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates while optimizing processes and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise: Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets efficiently
- Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to final offer and absorption
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, especially for urgent replacement needs
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand manpower forecasts and urgent requirements
- System Optimization: Utilize recruitment platforms (like Jobstreet/SEEK) and filtering tools to ensure a high rate of qualified applicant submissions
- Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve overall process efficiency
- Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned based on department needs
