Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a recruitment leadership or managerial role
- Atleast 5-10 years recruitment background in the maritime, shipping, or manning industry
- Knowledge of maritime recruitment processes, documentation, and industry requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and lead a recruitment team
- Capable of handling multiple vacancies and urgent manpower requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
- Monitor recruitment targets, reports, and candidate pipelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant maritime regulations
