Recruitment Specialist

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including social media and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate potential candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment pipeline.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or relevant fields
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with talent acquisition processes
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a team
