Location: Philexcel Business Center, Clark Pampanga
Schedule: Night shift , Monday - Friday
Role Overview:
We are hiring a hands-on Social Media Manager to support a US-based marketing agency and its portfolio of client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, culture, and performance. You will take ownership of day-to-day social media execution while collaborating with designers, video editors, and account leads to produce timely, distinctive, and results-driven content.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn for multiple client accounts.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategies, campaigns, trends, and audience interests.
Write engaging captions and social media copy tailored to each client's brand voice and target audience.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and account leads to create, review, schedule, and publish content on time.
Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and use insights to improve future content.
Identify relevant trends, sounds, and content formats that align with each client's brand.
Maintain organized content calendars, client communications, approvals, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or branding.
Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written English, copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
Experience creating content calendars and using social media scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools.
Creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content performance.
Collaborative, dependable, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
Willing to work full-time onsite at KamelBPO's office in Clark, Pampanga.
Experience in an agency environment and a relevant portfolio are preferred. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
