Position Summary
The Social Media Admin Staff is responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with customers, publishing content, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The role ensures timely communication with online audiences while helping strengthen the brands and support franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts based on the content calendar.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Monitor engagement and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
- Assist in creating captions, graphics, and basic photo or video content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to increase engagement.
- Track and prepare basic reports on social media performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand standards and values.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the Founder.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on-site and occasionally during events or content shoots.
