are looking for a Media Buyer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns that support our marketing and brand objectives. You will manage budgets, analyze audience and performance data, and continuously refine campaigns for cost-effective results.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network) using Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Build campaign structures (campaign, ad set, ad) aligned with objectives such as awareness, traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop audience targeting strategies: core audiences, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
- Manage daily and monthly budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA/CPL.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements, and scale winning ads.
- Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), UTM parameters, and event configuration.
- Monitor key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, frequency, conversion rate) and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Prepare regular performance reports (weekly and monthly) with clear insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and content creators on ad creative needs and briefs.
- Work with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to keep campaigns aligned with goals and timelines.
- Ensure ads comply with Meta advertising policies and handle ad account issues (disapprovals, restrictions, billing).
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Required
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads with real budgets (please include spend size and results in your application).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and the learning phase.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup and troubleshooting.
- Advanced analytical skills: able to interpret data, find trends, and turn insights into action.
- Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis.
- Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, onsite in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other social platforms.
- Basic understanding of programmatic buying.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or dating/community apps.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional certification.
- Basic creative sense (ad copy, video and image direction).
