We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Staff member responsible for managing the company’s online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our printing, signage fabrication, and office/IT supply products and services. The ideal candidate must be resourceful, organized, and knowledgeable in social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement while ensuring consistent brand messaging, increased online visibility, and effective communication with customers through various digital platforms.

What you'll do

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and storytelling through consistent content creation that reflects MTC Ads and General Merchandise’s voice, style, and image.
• Generate, edit, format, and schedule daily social media content, including promotional materials, product highlights, announcements, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze daily social media activities, audience interactions, comments, messages, and online conversations to ensure timely engagement and response.
• Manage multiple social media accounts by creating compelling captions, copywriting, taking and editing photos, designing promotional materials, and developing advertisements.
• Create and optimize digital marketing materials, including graphics, cover designs, product features, and promotional content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Proofread and edit social media posts, captions, images, and other digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper brand representation.
• Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, followers’ participation, reach, and overall online presence.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns through social media platforms while providing timely and professional assistance.
• Manage and monitor the company’s Shopee account, including product updates, customer interactions, promotional activities, and online store performance.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, digital marketing strategies, and content formats to improve online engagement and visibility.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and other departments to gather information, promote products/services, and ensure accurate communication of company offerings.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of social media content calendars, campaigns, advertisements, and performance insights.
• Perform other related marketing, administrative, and digital content tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation, advertising, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) and social media management tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for different audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and driving business growth.

Work Conditions

Work Schedule

• Full-time position, Monday-Saturday

*Schedule will depend on business needs

• Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Lunch break: 12:00-1:00
• Coffee break: 10:00AM - 10:15AM; 3:00 PM - 3:15PM

10-day paid training

• (P600/day during the training period)

Probationary Period

• 6 months probationary employment
• Performance will be reviewed before regularization
