Role : Commercial Property Manager
Work Arrangement : Work from Home
Location : Philippines - Ortigas / Makati / Angeles / Mabalacat / Cebu / Davao
Schedule : Morning Shift
Responsibilities
- Commercial Lease Preparations & Disclosure Statements
- Processing Commercial lease application forms
- Uploading and managing the marketing material of all commercial properties (board orders, online advertising etc)
- Arrears task
- Lease renewal task
- Rent review task – calculating CPI increase
- Researching market review rent
- Reply and manage emails
- Maintenance work orders
- Sending and receiving Tax Invoices
Qualification and requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least an associate degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
SOFTWARE:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and advanced familiarity with property management software.
PERSONALITY MATCH/SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with tenants and team members.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Basic level to experienced level of administration work of Commercial Property Management
