Talent Acquisition Intern Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities, assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Review and screen resumes based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Support job posting creation and updates across recruitment platforms
- Conduct candidate outreach and follow-ups under recruiter guidance
- Assist in preparing interview materials and basic recruitment reports
- Support pre-employment and onboarding documentation as needed
- Perform other recruitment and HR administrative tasks as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in recruitment, hiring processes, and people operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to learn and take guidance from senior recruiters
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Workspace, and online tools
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience working with recruiters and hiring managers
- Development of professional communication and coordination skills
- Insight into recruitment operations within an MSP or corporate setup
