You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. If you have a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities, we’d love to have you on board!
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with employment laws and best hiring practices
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
