What you will do:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for assigned job vacancies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Review and assess candidate profiles and CVs based on the qualifications, experience, skills, and other requirements of the assigned position.
• Conduct initial candidate screening through phone, video, or online interviews to assess suitability, experience, availability, salary expectations, and interest in the opportunity.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and potential vacancies.
• Engage and attract both active and passive candidates through effective recruitment and candidate engagement strategies.
• Present and endorse qualified candidates with complete and accurate candidate information and relevant screening notes.
• Ensure candidates understand the position, basic requirements, and recruitment process before endorsement.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and assist with scheduling and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates regarding their application status.
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and proactively follow up to maintain candidate engagement.
• Coordinate with the designated Bossjob recruitment contact regarding assigned vacancies, recruitment requirements, candidate submissions, and recruitment status.
• Provide timely feedback on sourcing challenges, candidate availability, market response, and other recruitment-related observations.
• Ensure all candidate information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Maintain an organized database or record of sourced and endorsed candidates.
• Meet agreed sourcing and candidate submission targets for assigned vacancies.
• Support recruitment for urgent, difficult-to-fill, technical, or specialized positions when assigned.

What you should have:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting, executive search, or candidate sourcing.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and assess qualified candidates.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, professional networks, and various sourcing channels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality candidate submissions and successful placements.
• Experience handling technical, urgent, difficult-to-fill, or specialized roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Philippine recruitment market is an advantage.
