Recruiting & Operations Manager (Remote) – $10/hr, Uncapped Hours
The client is hiring a hands-on Recruiting & Operations Manager to own hiring, onboarding, and internal systems as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → hiring → onboarding)
- Build and improve onboarding + SOP systems
- Run employee accountability (time tracking, task completion)
- Support payroll onboarding and team operations
- Improve workflows and protect leadership time
Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring 20+ roles end-to-end
- Background in fast-paced (startup/agency) environments
- Strong systems thinker, highly organized, and proactive
