- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications to ensure a good fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
