Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Associate
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work Schedule: Flextime day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Silicon Valley Associates Recruitment (Hong Kong) Limited is a specialized IT recruitment agency helping companies across Asia hire top tech talent. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Associate to join our remote team.
Job Description:
As a Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates daily using a variety of recruitment channels
- Calling and screening candidates to understand their experience, interests, and suitability
- Creating and updating candidate profiles in our internal system, including notes, resumes, and job progress
- Matching candidates to suitable job openings from our clients
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and employers
- Preparing candidates for interviews and providing post-interview feedback
- Supporting candidates through job offers, onboarding, and the probationary period
- Building lasting relationships with candidates and contributing to successful placements
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Preferably holds a degree in Information Technology or a computer-related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Must have a reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection with backup, a noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet working environment
