A Recruitment Associate is generally responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This includes tasks like screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. They also play a crucial role in ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the overall efficiency of the hiring process.
- Bachelor's Degree:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
- Recruitment Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role is generally expected.
- ATS Proficiency:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is essential.
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, is often preferred.
- Volume Hiring Experience:
- Some roles may specifically require experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for roles like call center positions.
