HR Recruitment Staff

Description - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Participate in employee relations initiatives and assist in talent management efforts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform candidate screening and facilitate interviews
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on team collaboration
