1. Lead/SUPERVISE the HR Recruitment Team ONLY.
2. Oversee and/or implement an effective Recruitment and Selection Process.
3. Prepare Weekly/Monthly Recruitment Reports (endorsed and passed vs. onboarded).
4. Provide direct assistance to all HR Recruitment Team members when appropriate.
5. Other tasks as assigned by Humanlink Manager.
