Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source qualified candidates locally and internationally.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment database.
- Coordinate with Recruitment head for manpower needs
- Monitor manpower pooling for Japan and other international deployments
2. Social Media Recruitment
- Create and post engaging recruitment content on Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Boost job advertisements strategically to reach target applicants.
- Respond to inquiries via Facebook page and Messenger.
- Monitor social media analytics and improve campaign performance.
- Generate leads through online recruitment strategies.
3. Graphic Design (Canva)
- Design job posters, hiring announcements, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Create visually appealing content aligned with company branding.
- Develop promotional materials for manpower pooling campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- With experience in recruitment (local and/or international).
- Proficient in Canva design.
- Knowledgeable in Facebook content posting and boosting.
- Strong sourcing skills (job portals, Facebook groups, referrals, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with manpower pooling process.
- Experience in Recruitment
- Basic knowledge of Digital marketing strategies.
