- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
