- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and drive efficient hiring practices.
- Stay informed on labor legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and databases, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and sound decision-making.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement overall recruitment strategy, conduct interviews, manage posting of job ads, and onboard new employees.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require occasional travel for job fairs and recruitment drives.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, organized, a team player with a high level of discretion and ethical standards.
